LAS VEGAS — Eun-Hee Ji made fast work of Madelene Sagstrom within the Financial institution of Hope LPGA Match-Play quarterfinals, taking part in solely 12 holes in a 7-and-6 victory Saturday. Andrea Lee, Lilia Vu and Ayaka Furue wanted further holes to affix her within the semifinals.

“Felt like I used to be combating tooth and nail all afternoon,” said Vu, the only one of the semifinalists to win all five of her matches. “So completely happy to come back out with the win.”

Ji beat fellow South Korean participant Hye-Jin Choi 2 and 1 within the morning within the spherical of 16.
